Q. What do you charge for a service call?
A. We charge $75.00 for the first 30 minutes and $45.00 for each additional 30 minutes. Any parts used would be an additional charge. The most common repairs are made within the first half hour to hour.

Q. Do you give free estimates?
A. Yes. We will send an estimator to your home free of charge to quote the installation of a furnace, air conditioner, complete system package, whole house generator, bathroom remodel or any job anticipated to be over $500. We do not give free estimates for basic repairs.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept payment in all forms, cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also offer many financing options with approved credit through GE Capital and Wells Fargo Financial. For commercial properties, please contact our office regarding 30-day billing.

Q. Do you have a showroom?
A. Yes! Our showroom/parts department is open to the public Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Our qualified sales staff will assist with any plumbing, heating or air conditioning needs you may have. We stock many hard to find items. If we don’t carry what you are looking for be assured we will do our very best to find the item for you. Your 100% satisfaction is our priority!

Q. Is it important to have annual maintenance performed on our furnace and/or air conditioner?
A. Yes. Most manufacturers require annual maintenance to uphold your warranty. This service is also important to ensure your equipment is running at peak efficiency. Call us for details on our Spring and Fall specials.

Q. Will your technicians have the necessary parts with them to make my repair?
A. We keep a vast selection of the most common parts used during service. We do our best to ensure the repair will be made at the time the technician is at your home. However, there could be an instance where we would need to retrieve the proper part for repair from our showroom or another supplier.
