Warranty Information

Terry Allen Plumbing and Heating Co., Inc., a Michigan Corporation, will warrant labor and materials on this job for 30 days only, unless otherwise stated in writing by Terry Allen Plumbing and Heating Co. or a product manufacturer. Customer agrees that materials purchased form another firm/supplier are not under warranty by our company. If TAPHCO must return for any repairs to the materials purchased from another firm/supplier, customer will pay the established labor and trip charges rates plus necessary additional materials. The warranty shall be void if any other person(s) or firm(s), without our knowledge or written authorization, provide service to or change any items our company has serviced or provided to the customer. Manufacturer’s warranty will have precedence over any and all TAPHCO policies on warranty. TAPHCO disclaims any liability for any other actual or consequential damages suffered by the customer or any third party beyond the company’s control. This is without limiting the foregoing, TAPHCO disclaims liability for any damage to the interior or contents of the building unless proof or claim can be provided.
